One of my co-workers was having issues with our work environment, and she REALLY need someone to talk to...funny thing is out of all the individuals at the table I was the only one willing to listen and help her with her situation. I had never realized until that very moment how completely selfish and self-centered people are...and you know what...IT SCARED ME!... and after we were done....as I rode the train home that evening I thought to myself...thats what the people REALLY REALLY want...to be heard to be understood. Genuine feelings, emotions and expressions...not some discussion about yourself...not someone ranting off sharing self-centered ideologies and isms...a real conversation....<br /><br />Thats what women want from men, thats what men want from women (in relationships).
